Sylvan Lake is a small community of just under 2,000 residents located between Keego Harbor to the west and Pontiac to the east. At just 531 acres, Sylvan Lake is small but cozies up to the lake that shares its name making this area much sought after for those who love spending time on the water. There are dozens of lakes within the vicinity including Cass Lake which is the largest and deepest lake in Oakland County. Dodge #4 State Park in Waterford and Marshbank Park in West Bloomfield have shorelines on Cass Lake and offer a great place to hike, bike, swim or just play on the playground with your kids.
